How much does a full house rewire cost?

The cost of a rewire depends on the size of the property and the amount of disruption involved. We provide a free, fixed-price quote after a site survey, with no hidden charges — and full NICEIC certification on completion.

Do I legally need an EICR for my rental property?

Yes. Landlords in England must have a valid Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) carried out at least every five years, and provide a copy to tenants. We carry out landlord EICR testing and issue compliant certificates.

Can you upgrade my old fuse board to a modern consumer unit?

Absolutely. We replace outdated fuse boards with modern consumer units fitted with RCD/RCBO protection, bringing your installation up to current BS 7671 standards and improving safety.
